Hi sorry for not very quickly responding , but I was away on holiday.
Ok… version 1 of the WebYep system works from version PHP 5.6.33
version 2 of WebYep works from 5.4 up to the latest 7.2.7
So yes it was huge amount of work to make WebYep work in php7
a lot of code had to be rewritten
all the older WebYep actions for freeway: 3, 3.1, 3,2 eat are intended to be used with version 1 of the WebYep systems
The new (not released) 3.5 version works for both older WebYep systems and the new version. Again as in the WebYep system itself a lot had to be rewritten
I will be launching the new WebYep actions for freeway the minute I get settled back into work
As a side note version 2.1 o WebYep system is also finished it contains a new language (Spanish) and we have squashed some bugs which we found in version 2
I should have checked what I wrote
Version 1 of the WebYep system works from PHP version 4 to PHP 5.6.33
Version 2 of WebYep works from 5.4 up to the latest 7.2.7

then that will download a master folder
inside that is a folder called webyep-system
and thats what you will eventually upload to your server
if you intend to run webyep 2 then I will need to send you the beta webyep action so I will need your email address so could you send them to me

Hi Max, thanks so much! I haven’t used Freeway for a while but I will need to do need to do some updates at some point. I contacted David Owen (ineedwebhosting.co.uk) about Freeway’s compatibility with PHP 7.0 and he recommended I contact you for the release of WebYep 2 as it’s compatible with PHP 7.0
