I wonder why i can´t find any XWAY-Tutorials by usere on YouTube

Xway video tutorials are available on our website.

We’re also planning to add them to YouTube eventually.

I purchase software and it doesn’t work. When you make the menu with five different pages, it comes up with red and green instead of the colors that I said it for.

Did you follow the instructions in the Xway Menu Tutorial?

You can download completed tutorial documents from our website, and they do work!

It’s hard for me to guess what you did wrong, but when you change menu settings it’s worth checking that you’re doing this on a master page and not on one of the site pages.

No offence intended, but the video tutorials aren’t good. They’re glacially slow and have no controls to speed them up. It’s also annoying they’re split into multiple videos, I’d just like a short, sharp, interesting introduction video showing how to get a few basics done. Respectfully, it needs a professional voiceover - or at least one with a bit of ‘life’ in it.

Many years ago we were avid Freeway users but the lack of suitable tutorial videos has me wanting to delete Xway 10 minutes after downloading. It doesn’t even have a basic ‘theme’ to create a new document from.

None of this inspires confidence.

Hi Kim,

You can speed up the videos by using the standard video controls in your browser. If you’re using Safari, click on the double arrowheads at the bottom right and choose a playback speed.

We are planning to do a voiceover. The current voice (mine) was always intended to be temporary (I don’t like it either).

There are lots of basic themes. If you don’t want to create a new document from scratch, you can use a template:

  1. Choose Install Templates from the Xway (application) menu.
  2. Choose New from Template from the File menu.
